Billing and Cash Analyst (f/m/d)

Your Role

As the Billing and Cash Analyst you will be supporting a complex structure of entities across Europe, by correctly compiling regional billing data for invoicing, whilst ensuring all transactions are properly authorized and processed correctly onto the Company’s accounting systems.

Your responsibilities will also include investigating and address Billing Queries raised by clients & internal customers and using available tools to chase for resolutions from internal source; taking care of the input and allocation of Client Payments into Financial Force by entity and bank account; working with various internal departments to investigate and resolve billing queries in line with agreed SLAs; submit credit memos for approval following appropriate company policies, with full supporting documentation; suggest areas for alignment and process improvement.

Your Profile

• Proven previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of standard accounting packages (ideally Financial Force & Oracle)
• Good problem-solving skills; a creative approach with the ability to develop new ideas
• Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard within tight deadlines
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to understand the importance of confidentiality and to ensure that confidentiality is maintained
• Demonstrated ability to operate software applications including MS Word, Excel (Intermediate), and Outlook
• Flexible and adaptable, self-motivated and a pro-active worker
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Fluent English, good German
