Position Title: Regional Collections Manager

Your role

The Regional Collections Manager works in close collaboration with the Senior Manager B&C to lead a world class regional collections team. The leader of this regional function will have the vision, management skills, strong order to cash experience and a passion for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

You are a naturally a strong team player who takes full ownership of the work, leveraging the team’s strengths and focusing on impact through tangible results. Taking initiative, you are a structured and organized person who is dynamic and constructive. With deep experience in cash collections, you are practical, have an analytical approach, good communication and presentation skills. You are a problem solver and fast learner, and you will work together with the Senior Manager B&C to identify optimized solutions while proactively mitigating risks. 

This key role will ensure that the Regional B&C Team’s KPIs are continuously met while cultivating an environment of high performance and continuous improvement. This role will work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Lease Administration, Finance and colleagues across the business.

This position will report to the Senior Manager B&C.

What you’ll need

  • Extensive collections experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in improving collectability, invoice accuracy and outstanding debtor days.
  • Extensive experience at a manager level, in a multi-national environment
  • Experience of developing and coaching others on a one-to-one basis
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must have the ability to prioritise & delegate, whilst also providing training & support
  • Strong attention to detail, focused on KPI & metric reporting to manage the B&C function
  • Strong systems knowledge and intermediate Excel skills are required
