Maintenance Planning Coordinator (f/m/d)

Your Role

The Service Planning Coordinator (f/m/d) oversees and coordinates all corrective and preventive maintenance planning. In this position you administrate the maintenance work, both as a follow-up to preventive maintenance, as well as resulting from incidents, events, or requests. You process and procedure instructions and provide reporting for the requests handled. Furthermore you ensure the various systems properly reflect the actual status of maintenance work items/tickets & critical infrastructure assets and contain all relevant documentation. Your Profile

• Educated to a vocational Level in a technical field
• 4+ years of experience of working in maintenance of electrotechnical systems 
• Proficient with ERP / CRM / customer service systems (e.g. Service Now, MCIM)
• Experienced with operations procedures, KPIs, ticketing systems 
• Strong experience in infrastructure maintenance 
• Data Center technical experience is a distinct advantage
• Knowledge of Data Center facility management systems 
• Organizational- and Communicational Skills 
• Sense of Responsibility, Team working Skills, Reliable
• German and English Fluent
