Position Title: Document Management Systems Engineer (f/m/d)

Your Role

The Document Management Systems Engineer plays a central role in improving the efficiency, organization and compliance of our document management systems and related business processes. In this role you would be mainly responsible for optimizing document workflows, ensuring effective information governance and driving initiatives to continuously improve operations and maximize productivity. Furthermore you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify document management needs, align solutions with organizational objectives and provide training and support to end-users on document management best practices, software usage, and process improvements. Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, information technology or a related field
  • 3+ years experience working in a similar role
  • Technical background, preferably in electrical, mechanical or data center environment
  • Strong knowledge of document management, workflow tools and process improvement methodologies
  • Mastering of in process mapping, workflow analysis and data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as also organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work on different tasks simultaneously 
  • Fluent in English written and orally, German is an advantage
