Position Title: HR Business Partner (H/F/X)

Location: Paris (17ème)

Your role 

Operating as part of the French HR team (4 people) and reporting to the France HR Director, you will be an effective and impactful HR Business Partner capable of operating autonomously and act as the first point of contact for your client groups. You will take accountability for the full employee life-cycle activities in conjunction with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Legal and HR Operations. It is essential that you use your ability to effectively influence business leaders and line managers to drive and deliver HR initiatives in line with the wider business objectives. 

What you’ll do 

  • Performs core HR activities and supports management and employees in HR related matters
  • Executes HR activities at local HR function (drives and cascade policies ; performance review ; training … )
  • Leadership and people development
  • Project leading

What you’ll need

  • Master degree in HR
  • Hands-on and Strategic mindset
  • Minimum of 7 years comparable experience as HRBP, preferably in a global company;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel) and ERP (Oracle) ;
  • Fluent in both English/French, written and orally;
  • Experienced in an international matrixed organization
