Your role 

This role is a contributing member to the Security & Compliance team, in supporting the security projects, processes, audits and developing knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO50001, SOC 1/2/3, PCI DSS, TVRA and OSPAR. You will work cross functionally with the business and operational teams across Digital Realty to advise on Security & Compliance related assessments of the operational and environment best practices.

What you’ll do 

  • Process
    • Support and rollout of information security process; ensure consistency on security policies and processes to comply the guidelines across all sites in scope.
  • Project Management
    • Plan, track, and coordinate Security Improvement projects related to TVRA.
    • Work with the site team on the TVRA mitigation plans and ensure successful implementation.
  • Compliance and Audit Support
    • Plans, Coordinate and Supports Audits (Internal and external audits) across the sites in scope.
    • Preparation and Collection of security related documents for audits.
    • Performing analysis on corrective and preventative actions to identify diverse systemic issues (root cause analysis) and tracking delays in completion and recommending resolving a variety of complex compliance issues through preventive actions
    • Track and manages quarterly APAC site assessments.
  • System/Training Support
    • Develops hands-on knowledge of security systems.
    • Coordinates rollout security related training across all sites in scope.
    • Supports the development of training materials
    • Shadows security training.
  • Sales Support
    • Engage in pre-sales activities such as customer audits to demonstrate the robustness of the security policies
    • Support the Sales Engineers on security requirements related to their RFPs

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business information management, Information Security, Computer Science.
  • Possess 3 – 5 years of experience Operational and IT Audit, internal Audit, and/or risk assessment. 
  • Knowledge of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., PCI DSS, SOC, ISO 27000, OSPAR). 
  • Data Center experience is preferred. 
  • Excellent collaboration skills – must be eager to work as part of a cohesive team and work as a partner to others within Digital Realty
  • Multi-tasker with strong interpersonal skills
  • Problem Solver
