Implementation Manager

Your Role

The Implementation Manager (f/m/d) executes technical infrastructure implementation projects within the DLR Data Center (DC) facilities according to technical customer requirements, within the defined service time and the defined SLAs.

• You are responsible for the successful execution of technically complex and sometimes extensive customer-specific projects for the implementation of service solutions.
• Your focus is on the implementation, acceptance, and commissioning of installations; in doing so, you always adjust project plans and priorities in our customer/project management tool.
• You will act as the first point of contact for our future customers, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding implementation processes and any technical or operational issues that may arise. 
• In accordance with our policies and processes, you will also complete order-related documentation and perform system updates.

Your Profile

• Educated to a vocational level in a technical field (A-level or technical degree)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing technical customer projects (setting up server infrastructure) 
• Certificate in project management (PMA) and experience in coordinating several projects at the same time
• Experienced AutoCAD and MS Office user
• Skilled in electrical installations implementation and testing would be an advantage
• Client Engagement experience
• Advanced in German and English

As always, we offer a competitive salary and benefits (based on our collective agreement we pay between 47.600,- € and 57.400,- € gross per year).
