Position Title: Manager, Content Strategy
Location: London

Digital Realty, a leading global provider of data center, colocation, and interconnection solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategy Manager to join our dynamic Global Content Strategy & Campaigns team. As the Content Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, content marketing strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
    • Create and execute integrated campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  2. Content marketing strategy:
    • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
    • Create engaging and relevant content assets, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
    • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
    • Foster strong relationships and maintain effective communication across teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  4. Marketing best practices and industry trends:
    • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
    • Share insights and knowledge with the marketing team to improve overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
