Technicien Logistique (Les Ulis)

Activity 1: Receiving, sending and managing parcels

• Be the privileged link with carriers and customers for the delivery of packages (70% in English)
• Package management in the various tracking tools
• Weekly reminders to customers (based on the templates provided) and in coordination with the customer support project manager

Activity 2: Inventory Management

• Ensure that stocks are well kept (storage, relevance of keeping in stock, etc...)
• Maintain and distribute stock files

Activity 3: Current tasks

• Stock management and renewal, updating of files, + creation of EREQ electronic orders and supply of consumables (cups, self-adhesive mats, etc.)
• Management and maintenance of meeting rooms
• Waste management and waste sorting, bucket and rotation management, waste sorting and monitoring management in collaboration with Quality/safety department
• Management of the display and site signage, (creation and maintenance, replacement if necessary) in collaboration with Quality/ safety department and the site manager
• Management of orders, stock and distribution of office supplies
• Monitoring of clients deliveries and allocations in collaboration with Quality/ security department
• Regular inspection and cleaning of Interxion vehicles
