Procurement Manager

Your Role 

The DE&C Procurement team consists of professionals who source, negotiate, and manage strategic suppliers, set long-term goals and objectives, define the plan to achieve these objectives and orchestrate the resources to support Construction projects across EMEA and bring value to Digital Realty. The Procurement Manager will play an integral role in the support of Construction projects, working in close collaboration with other members of the DE&C Procurement team, other business partners, stakeholders, and DE&C team members. You will provide support for the strategic sourcing of critical equipment to support DE&C. You will contribute with the development and execution of Digital Realty’s Supply Chain & Procurement strategic plan. Tracking and reporting on progress against objectives and project program milestones. You will undertake end to end, strategic RFx Sourcing events, from planning, through tender, evaluation, recommendation, and contract implementation. 

What you’ll need 

• Experience with creating detailed Spend and Bid analysis reports. 
• Demonstratable experience with planning and executing RFx sourcing events. 
• Understanding of best practice T&C’s and protective clauses for critical equipment Supplier Agreements. 
• Knowledge of Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, and Invoicing processes. 
• Excellent soft skills; Communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Critical thinking and a Collaborative mindset.
