Service Security Coordinator

Your role

The Service Security Customer Specialist (SSCS) supports our organisation in guaranteeing optimal physical security of the locations. SSCS coordinates the customer visits, meetings, specific customer requirements and customer reporting. 

The Security Management team is responsible for compliance on the local security policies, processes and DLR standards for our datacenters in the Netherlands. 

• Supports the Security Manager in applying and coordinating the security requirements for the local Data Centers (DC’s)
• Performs training for internal and external (security service provider) staff
• Conducts security audits and inspections, also supports on demand audits and assessments
• Management of Security incidents (e.g. Root Cause Analyses)
• Manages request and events in our ticketing system/customer portal
• Supports emergency drills and security tests
• Coordinates site visits and makes sure that the security standards are respected 
• Manages access rights for external visitors together with local security
• Creates regular reports for the Operations departments and customers 
• Coordinate the security supervisors for specific locations

What you’ll need

• Finished relevant Higher education with a degree in  Security management or Business Administration (NL Bedrijfskunde) or any other relevant degree
• Experience with project management and cooperating with different stakeholders
• Analytical and being able to review data
• Interested in security systems and processes
• Being able to adapt according to different situations inside an organisation
• Able to adapt to security incidents and managing stressful situations
• Fluent in English and Dutch
