HR Business Partner

Your role

Operating as part of an Northern Region HR team (NL, Belgium, Nordics, and Regional Office NL) and reporting to the HR Director Northern Region, you will be an effective and impactful HR Business Partner capable of operating autonomously and act as the first point of contact for your client groups. You will take accountability for the full employee life-cycle activities in conjunction with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Legal and HR Operations. It is essential that you use your ability to effectively influence business leaders and line managers to drive and deliver HR initiatives in line with the wider business objectives. 

• Performs core HR activities and supports management and employees in HR related matters
• Executes HR activities at local HR function
• Leadership development
• Project leading

What you’ll need

• Higher vocational degree or a Master in HR, Psychology or Social Sciences; 
• Minimum of 5 years comparable experience as HRBP, preferably in a global company;
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel) and Oracle;
• Fluent in both English, written and orally;
• Experienced in an international matrixed organization.
