Position Title: Customer Service Planning Coordinator - (Maternity Cover)
Location: London

The Customer Service Planning Coordinator will liaise with the Operational Teams and within the local office. This role is to prepare, organise and plan all Customer Service requests, tasks, and activities in an effective manner. You will be responsible for end-to-end ticket handling (open/close) in a timely manner and within the agreed OLA’s and SLA’s, resolving resource allocation escalations, and providing reports. You will be actively monitoring all Customer Service requests, resolving escalations and providing reporting. The CSPC supports the Customer Services Planning Manager in maintaining the integral planning of all scheduled works on sites.
