Reporting into the VP Portfolio Management, the Portfolio Analyst will be supporting the preparation and validation of quarterly market and financial performance reports and cash flow modelling of the EMEA regions' assets. They will be charged with consolidating information and relaying it back to the asset management team, who oversee multiple properties within the region. Between quarters, the Portfolio Analyst will spend the majority of their time supporting the asset managers on lease analysis, developing cash flow analysis, tracking construction and development projects and maintaining inventory data. At the end of the quarter the Portfolio Analyst will assist with reporting; which will include occupancy and performance analysis, capital planning and redevelopment reports.
More specifically, the Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for their properties in a number of markets with the EMEA sub-region and:
•Prepare investment analysis’ for asset management team on respective properties.
•Prepare Development business case analysis for asset management.
•Track available supply, demand and competitors in various existing and targeted markets.
•Research and compile market trend, activity and competitor analysis data as needed.
•Create and update quarterly market and financial performance reports and analysis of corporate assets, as required.
•Maintain and review corporate assets inventory databases within the region.
Main requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a motivated and enthusiastic professional with related experience, ideally from with the commercial real-estate market. Additionally, to be a good fit for this opportunity they will have:
·A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate or a similar field.
·At the late stages of completing / or hold a relevant professional qualification (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
·A strong understanding of and ability to create financial reports and analysis.
·Advanced Excel skills with experience of managing large and complex data sets.
·Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard within tight deadlines.
·Excellent written and oral communication skills, and great presentation abilities, with strong PowerPoint skills.
·Professional, “get it done” attitude and proactive work ethic, thorough and analytical.
·The ability to think strategically and ask questions, work with data sets and numbers, and provide thoughtful, detailed analyses.
·Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage projects to keep teams on track with deliverables in a high-pressure setting.
·The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, operate with a strong sense of urgency, and turn in quality work quickly, under strict time constraints.

·Experience in a multinational corporation preferred but not essential.
·Experience in the real estate industry also an advantage.
