Operational Admin Coordinator

DLR Hellas is currently seeking for an Operational Admin Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of all activities in Operations. This position acts as a point of contact for all administrative questions within the Service Planning team and the Service Operations teams and has a nationwide responsibility and serves all Data Centres.

Your role

Purchase Order management ((incl. invoice check etc.)
First point of contact for all purchase orders and invoices
(First contact and alignment to / with Finance)
Assistance with the preparation of MOP, RAMS & Technical Ops. reporting
Provide general operational administration for the Service Operations team
Supports the administration of Cross Connects, Cloud Connects, and Customer Equipment Connections
Facilitates and administers all Access Requests, Working Permits for all activities that take place on the Sites in Service Operations
Actively identify and perform any administrative activity that can relieve the Service Planning Coordinators and engineers in their daily work
Assist the Service Planning team and handle Customer enquiries
Provide support related to quality controls and handovers between the various Service Planning and Site Teams
Support Remote Hands billing process by tracking and MBF’s
Adhere to the QHSSE Responsibilities Matrix
Provides a Help Desk Function

What you’ll need

Educated to the vocational level
Experience in working with MS Office suite as well as ERP-like systems
Desirable Experience as an Administrative function within IT Services
Experience in project scheduling and reporting or in a similar role is desired but not essential
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
