Position Title: HR Operations Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Your role
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global HR Operations, you will manage a variety of human resources processes, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the needs of our employees, leaders, and our rapidly growing business. In addition to "owning" existing processes, you will work with the team on process improvements projects and the implementation of new processes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to process users and stakeholders to gather insights, establish priorities and partner with cross-functional teams. With regard to existing processes, you will oversee continuous maintenance and monitoring, including ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data. You'll maintain open communication with users and will be considered a subject matter expert for the areas that you own and will help troubleshoot issues and answer questions from other members of the team. Regarding process improvements and new processes, you'll gather information, assess options, and recommend solutions. You'll be responsible for planning projects, including establishing objectives, milestones and accountabilities, and also managing risks. You also will establish and oversee testing, and ensure projects and processes are properly documented. Other responsibilities will include helping develop executive presentations for the Sr. Director, coaching more junior project resources, and other duties as assigned.
