Customer Success Manager

Position Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: Vienna

Your Role

This your chance to take ultimate responsibility for the satisfaction of our customers. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll oversee our contact with local and international clients, building relationships and ensuring their continued strength as a key point of contact. You’ll also negotiate and renegotiate with customers on all contractual matters - be it price, service levels, or liabilities. At the same time, you’ll identify opportunities to sell additional products and services when contracts are renewed. Digital Realty is an organisation with a sharp customer focus, and as Customer Success Manager it will be your responsibility to deliver that exceptional customer experience we strive for – while also identifying how we can go beyond expectations and maximise revenue.

What You’ll Need

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of IT - for example operating technology, systems engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships with key accounts in an international company.
  • A sound understanding of servers, databases, and network technology, as well as industry knowledge in the fields of data, IT, and telecommunications.
  • Clear and effective communication in both English and German.
  • A strong customer focus and great interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate at a high level.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving, with a consistent drive towards improvement.
  • Excellent organisation and management skills, even while facing tight deadlines.

As always, we offer a competitive salary and benefits (based on our collective agreement we pay a minimum of 43.252,58 € gross per year).
