Operations Support Officer

Your role

Our company is seeking an experienced Operational Admin Officer to provide administrative and organizational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of all activities in Operations. The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for all administrative questions within the Service Planning team and for all Operations teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of all activities in Operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for all administrative questions within the Service Planning team and for all Operations teams.
  • Oversee all aspects of PO requests and invoices of operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Fluent in German and English, both in writing and orally

From overseeing electrical power to cooling and fire suppression systems, our team plays a vital role in making sure everything in our data centers operates as it should.

This position is part of the Operations team and reports directly to the Facility Team Leader Mechanical & Cooling. This team is comprised of smart and forward-thinking engineers that combine their specialties to deliver the best performance.
