DLR LLC Acquisitions position in San Francisco, CA: Complete sourcing, financial analysis, underwriting, and execution of real estate investments with various property types and investment structures. Source potential new acquisitions. Create detailed financial pro forma and return sensitivity analysis, including promotes and waterfall schedules on individual investments and aggregated portfolios with highly complex deal structures. Evaluate cash flow models and recommend pricing structures. Draft Acquisition proposals to Investment Committee for approval of transaction. Review leases, abstracts, and contracts and research tenant information to evaluate credit-worthiness, growth prospects, and business outlook. Coordinate request and receipt of due diligence reports and information. Prepare reports and analyses on an ad hoc basis at the direction of supervisor. Proactively asses and recognize a qualified lead according to the company model. Maintain internal processes and procedures associated with role. Analyze and predict market trends using internal research tools, internet, and other resources. Maintain company CRM application. Assist VP and team members in the completion of due diligence check list items. Assist VP with project management to ensure effective time management. Assist in managing acquisition pipeline process with effective communication. Ability to elect to work from home up to 3 days a week. 10% domestic travel.
