Property Administrator (f/m/d)

Your Role

The Property Administrator coordinates and oversees administrative duties for the property department. The function ensures that all DLR properties (owned and leased), are well maintained according to set standards and regulations. The Property Administrator also supports the commercial process within the department, which includes purchase orders, invoices, lease contracts, service contracts, and other relevant financial and contractual documentation.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent (e. g. office administrator, real estate agent)
  • 3+ years of work experience in an administrative/office management role (e.g. hotel industry, tourism, real estate)
  • Skilled in administration and order management
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent in German and English
