Senior Account Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role

As a Senior Account Manager (f/m/d), you will manage and expand an assigned industry segment / portfolio of existing local customers with the aim of generating new bookings for the company. In the course of developing your client relationships, you will visit industry-relevant events, workshops and measure and develop an understanding of client comprehension, IT strategies and infrastructures. In addition to identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities, you will work closely with other departments and hand over projects to Service Solution Design upon successful negotiations. Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of business administration with a technical focus or a similar field
  • 7 years of professional experience in a consulting role with a sales background, preferably at C-level in IT services, telecommunications, or a data centre-related industry
  • Confident negotiation skills with the ability to close contracts and a sense for creative solutions
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel
