We are currently recruiting for a Motivated, Customer Focused, Customer Success Analyst to join our growing Dublin team.
As Customer Service Analyst you will be a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and assisting with all queries, and solving any challenges in a timely manner. You will work closely with our Customer Success Manager as well as having a high level of involvement working across all functional areas of the business both from a local and EMEA perspective.
