Your Role

As a Service Planning Administrator (f/m/d) you are a specialist in office administration, order and documentation management, you enjoy system administration, and processing/planning customer inquiries is something you do with pleasure and lightness? Then you are guaranteed to be happy in our warm, humorous, helpful service planning team! Competent, efficient, and dedicated, you'll provide administrative support to our operations departments, which offer our customers a variety of services from customer service to facility management. You are the first contact for all administrative and management questions in the Service Operations team. Your Profile

Commercial vocational training, e.g., as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar
3+ years of experience in order management / office administration of a technical or electrotechnical environment, ideally in a data processing center
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
Strong customer service orientation, communication and problem-solving skills, proactive, precise, motivated work ethic, energetic commitment, and the ability to keep a cool head and a clear eye of details and the "big picture" even when things are "on fire"
