Service Planning Coordinator Technical Operations

Lamda Hellix is currently seeking for a Service Planning Coordinator to oversee, plan, and coordinate all maintenance requests and manages all related processes.

Your role

Prepare, organize, and plan all Maintenance Service requests, tasks and activities in an effective manner.
End to end job handling (open / close) within the agreed OLA’s and SLAs, and provide reporting
Responsible for supplier management within Service planning ’Technical Operations’
Responsible for annual maintenance plan in cooperation with Service Operations and the Technical Operations Planning Manager (TOPM)
Coordinate all required maintenance works by maintenance contractors, in line with the maintenance planning.
Provides regular updates to the Technical Operations Planning Manager (TOPM) and manage KPI’s and SLA’s Perform regular meetings with maintenance contractors
Measure performance maintenance contractors
Prioritizing maintenance requests with Service Operations
Deal with problems and manage resolution by involving necessary resources

What you’ll need

Minimum MBO-4-degree level in a technical field or local equivalent.
5 years’ experience as a technician in an (electrical or industrial) critical environment (e.g. full continuous factory)
Experience of project planning/scheduling and reporting
Experience in the data centre sector or telecommunications
Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English
Preferably experience in Asset Management
2-4 years’ experience in a Maintenance coordination role
Knowledge and/or experience working in an ITIL environment.
