Your Role

As Team Lead Implementation Engineer (f/m/d) you will coordinate, manage, train and support the German team of Implementation Engineers to ensure that infrastructure implementation projects within our facilities and contractual service agreements, implementation schedules and internal Digital Realty standards are properly delivered. Furthermore, you will act as the primary point of contact for escalation with service providers and ensure handoff processes to internal stakeholders. Your Profile

Completed education in a technical field, master electrician exam is an advantage
At least 7 years of practical experience as an engineer in an electrotechnical or industrial/mechanical environment
First experiences in leading a team as well as a communicative vein and problem-solving orientation
Knowledge of major electrical system installations as well as in the field of air conditioning systems, fiber optic cabling, maintenance of generators and chillers is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
