Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for setting the scope and policies for the design department and leading and overseeing the design process. As well as prioritizing and allocating projects and having accountability for technical design approvals, we will rely on you to provide pre-contract technical expertise to sales teams, customers, and our internal Operations teams too. And, when it comes to managing your assigned reports or getting involved in the recruitment and selection of design staff, again, we will count on you.
