You Role
Procurement Associate
The position will be a procurement associate within construction procurement, focusing on raising POs to suppliers, invoice management within the Yardi system and supplier invoice disputes. You will be responsible for organizing the procurement process. You will work cooperatively with EMEA and country management and other departments. And you will have responsibility of the procurement invoicing in the EMEA region.
The main objective of this role is to ensure the continuous operations of the Procurement invoicing process, through organization, recording and reporting. A portion of time is to be dedicated to supplier management, communicating with suppliers to resolve invoice issues.
What you’ll need
• 1-3 years related experience within Supply Chain
• Demonstrable knowledge, experience and understanding of ERP system
• Proficient in a variety of software applications with the ability to produce complex spreadsheets
• Foster a team-driven mindset
• Both detail and process-oriented
• Organized and pragmatic – ready to refer to key content, facts, and figures as needed
• Relevant degree, such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business/Administration
