Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We're looking for an experienced full cycle Talent Acquisition Business Partner for our Netherlands business to own and deliver a variety of recruitment processes from definition through to delivery. As well as working with managers across a broad variety of departments to understand and define their recruitment need, we’ll count on you to develop and execute a recruitment plan and come up with a specific strategy for each vacancy. You’ll be the key point of contact bringing a best in class experience to both the manager and the candidate. 

You’ll also be responsible for managing go to market and candidate sourcing activity and participating in the subsequent selection process. Building a strategic talent pipeline increase our brand awareness  and ensuring a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective and timely communication – all are aspects of this challenging and rewarding role.

Together with your team (2 direct reports) you will be responsible for the our country (Data Centre) organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium as well as for the corporate roles in the EMEA NL Region.

What you’ll need 

  • Proven direct sourcing experience covering entry level through to senior management/ director, plus excellent interviewing and assessment skills 
  • Experience in managing a team
  • A proactive approach, strong organizational, planning and negotiation skills and the ability to work well under pressure 
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems (ideally Oracle Recruitment Cloud) 
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and Belgian recruitment industry including past and current trends and how to attract the best talent across a range of Operations and Corporate functions.
