Your role
Do you have in-depth experience as a Human Resources generalist with a strong focus on people development, plus a good understanding of Austrian employment/tax law, possibly gained in an international setting? Would you like the opportunity to make a real impact working in a growing industry? Then make the move to us.
Right now, we’re looking for a highly energetic solutions and goal focused individual to join us as an HR Partner and lead our local HR functions. As well as developing and implementing a people strategy in collaboration with the management team, we’ll look to you to perform a variety of core HR activities too. You’ll also have responsibility for helping our local managers with HR related matters such as performance management, training and budgeting. Preparing a payroll, recruiting staff, setting up contracts and implementing new HR guidelines, policies and programs – all are aspects of this interesting, varied and rewarding role.

As always, we offer a competitive salary ranging between 4.400,- and 4.900,- € per month (14 times a year) based on your experience and various benefits.
