Your role

Responsible for supporting the local HR team with day-to-day administration work for the Netherlands. Handles various mail, incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintains up to date internal filing of documents. Keep HR-system up to date. Assists with all administrative day to day HR and recruitment activities. Usually operates with supervision and regular review of completed work

  • Prepare employment contracts
  • Parental leave (Create confirmation letter, update HR system and upload documents)
  • Make benefit change letters and fill HR-system
  • Upload HR-system with documents t
  • Prepare HR onboarding meeting
  • Make induction program
  • Update HR system for leavers
  • Sent exit interview to Recruitment
  • Update HR system for car lease and various extra arrangements

What you’ll need

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level
  • Minimum 2 years of HR administrative work experience
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and orally
  • Proficiency in MS Office Requirements
