Country Business Manager (f/m/d)

Your Role

The Country Business Manager (f/m/d) is assigned per country and is responsible for the local implementation of inbound opportunities to a portfolio of global as well as regional customers and proactively oversees the constant coordination of local account management. Act as an interface between local and regional sales and local operations to maintain and increase customer sales and ensure the quality and consistency of the customer experience. With your communication, proactive and interpersonal skills, you do find it easy to successfully manage customer relationships and build an understanding of our customers' IT strategy? Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, business administration or engineering
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a CRM function in a data centre or similar industry
  • Skilled in using a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative manner in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in German and English, other languages would be an advantage
