Asset Integration Manager

Your role

To manage asset management best practice within the governance framework across the operations function at both corporate and country levels. Work collaboratively with existing internal functions (global, regional, and local) and external (general contractors) to ensure an effective and efficient asset integration process of legacy, greenfield and acquisition sites.

Ensure that the asset integration process is aligned with business goals, the required documentation, training, systems, and commitment is in place to achieve this. Creating a seamless delivery of new assets into local site operations in a timely fashion enabling operational excellence.

What you’ll need

  • Manages the improvement of the quality, integrity and enrichment of current and new asset data and records, and creates, deploys, and leads improvement initiatives into those areas.
  • Develops close relationships with the General contractor teams, Project management teams, D&C, Acquisition integration team and local site management.
  • Maintains awareness of regional site developments, e.g., large CAPEX replacement projects, site expansions, greenfield builds and acquisitions and builds relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provides seamless delivery of new assets into local operation teams, ensuring asset integration and associated records are in line with the required global standards.
  • Represents Technical Operations in project and technical forums and fully understands the asset requirements.
  • Responsible for managing and safeguarding the standards and processes to enable data driven decision making in Asset Management. This includes but is not limited to; Asset Criticality Std, Asset Condition Std, Asset Hierarchy, Asset Location and footprint std, BIM360 documentation management Std, Asset related documentation. Assists the EMEA Asset Manager in developing and improving these standards and processes and assist in deploying implementation initiatives.
  • Ensuring asset integration, registration and asset decommissioning has a well-documented and standard process and training material.

Essential Knowledge

 

  • Experience in the management of large-scale, multi-site asset integration programs.
  • Strong understanding of asset management governance principles.
  • Experience working with computerised maintenance management systems.
  • People management experience required.
  • Experience required in management of external resources.
  • Continuous process improvement experience.
  • Can prepare & present relevant information to all types of audiences in audio, video and stand-up settings.
  • Excellent report writing skills of a technical and business nature.

Qualifications

Educated in a relevant subject to level 5 in the European Qualifications Framework (e.g. HND, BTEC L5, Foundation Degree).
