Sales & Business Development Manager

Your role

In this role, you are responsible for all sales and channel aspects of the business. You plan and execute the business development and sales strategy within the boundaries of the company's wider segment and commercial strategies. You manage and drive the performance of the local Sales team to achieve country revenue and bookings as well as strategic account (acquisition) objectives. In this role you are part of the Swiss management team.

What you’ll need

  • Develop, retain, engage and grow the sales team
  • Optimize team deployment and account allocation
  • Initiate, develop, set and drive the execution of the sales and account management strategy and annual plan in close collaboration with the Swiss Marketing team and the International Segment Leads.
  • Develop, manage and retain portfolio of existing local channels, partner and accounts, bookings and strategic and account objectives.
  • Actively manage and grow the run rate revenue base of the assigned portfolio of local and international accounts in close collaboration with local Finance, Sales Support and the international Sales team.
  • Measure and manage customer satisfaction in cooperation with the Operations teams. manage and execute respective customer satisfaction programs in lien with the company's customer policies.
