Your role

Your role will be to perform day to day administration activities and support the sales department in all steps of the sales process. Day to day you will be required to: -

  • Prepares proposals and agreements within given formats
  • Manage the processing of opportunities and orders in Salesforce
  • Collate information from different business functions for input into sales documentation
  • Develop and maintain client, sales and contract administration and filing
  • Keep databases (Salesforce) up to date

What you’ll need

You will need to have developed excellent knowledge and skills in business support through formal training or considerable work experience in a sales department and Ideally you will have worked within established formats and guidelines.  You will be good at identifying problems in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures. You will: -

  • Be educated to a vocational level
  • Have considerable experience in an administrative/sales support role
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel)
  • Have considerable experience in Salesforce.com
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to work independently
