Customer Success Manager

Your role

Activity 1: Customer Service
- Manages direct communication with assigned customers.
- Manages customer expectations and delivers an exceptional customer experience throughout the contract lifecycle in accordance with agreed upon service levels (SLAs).

Activity 2: Service Improvement

- Act as the interface between the Operations team, global and local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery in accordance with contractual terms
- Advise customers on new requests in consultation with the Service Design team 
- Advise customers on continuous service improvement 


Activity 3: Service evaluation/reporting

- Responsible for reporting and steering committees for assigned customers.


Activity 4: Feedback Management

- Proactively informs clients of any changes to initial commitments and follows through to project completion. 
- Ensures effective escalation management for individual accounts, prioritizing and assisting in the resolution of reported customer issues.
