Position Title:  Product Manager – Partner and Provider Integration

Location: Remote, US 

Your role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing the Service Fabric partner strategy. You will be required to understand the service provider space to solicit, curate, create, and implement features for a new line of products and services we are launching globally.  The service provider and operator community are a diverse group of partners that includes cloud providers, network providers, managed service providers, other data center providers, system integrators, and many more. 

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for working with the Strategy and Product teams to define and articulate the Service Fabric partner strategy.
  • Responsible for developing a partner program and roadmap to meet the product strategy.
  • Accountable for identifying and securing the partner relationships to meet said roadmap.
    • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development, as necessary, to identify and prioritize key service providers within our customer.
  • Responsible for managing the partner onboarding processes and ensuring each partner is properly onboarded
    • Document and the use cases and stories necessary for the development required for each partner
  • Assist with sales training and development; evangelize our platform to the rest of world.
  • Collaborate in creation of documentation and marketing materials to support partnership releases.

What you’ll need

  • 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferably Computer Science, Engineering or Management/Computer Information Systems, or Marketing.
  • Understanding of networking and interconnection products, market dynamics, and enterprise business requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in networking or data center fields.
  • Ability to travel when necessary (30% or less).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and existing relations with a variety of provider types.
  • Understanding of the service provider vertical and their core needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong technical and business acumen, including the ability to comfortably speak with customers for Voice of the Customer interviews.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent people skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in major Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Visio.
  • Ability to write copy and develop marketing materials to support the interconnection and portal products. 
  • Experience with digital media, portals, or managing part of the software development process is highly preferred.

Our Compensation Philosophy

Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Central to our compensation philosophy is rewarding our employees for achieving the values and objectives aligned to the company's overall goals and values.

Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.

Salary Range: 101,600 - 152,400 annually. This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
