As the Project Management Officer in Operations, you will support the Director Operations and Managing Director in all matters and proactively relieve them of the administrative tasks. You will take on various planning and control tasks within the organization, anticipate assignments and make recommendations for action. The focus of this role is project portfolio management ensuring high quality project execution, proper resource allocation (capex budget), providing insight into dependencies and managing and mitigating risk.
You will provide reports for the management team and headquarter and ensure that projects are executed and reported in line with the agreed processes, allowing a transparent overview of status, progress, and risks.
Within this role, you will act as the first sparring partner of the Director Operations and as a financial partner for the Director Operations / Managing Director by providing budget support, business case support, management reporting, tracking of KPIs, preparation and follow-up of strategic meetings/workshops, forecasting, analysis, and decision support in all financial operational aspects (both Capex and Opex).
