Service Planning Coordinator (f/m/d)

Do you have what it takes to provide the very best administrative support to a busy Operations department in a fascinating and growing industry where there’s a genuine focus on training and career development? Then Interxion has just the job. Based in a matrix-led data centre services environment, your main focus will be on developing maintenance plans, diagnosing failures and making recommendations for improvement. Managing a maintenance planning calendar, coordinating all necessary maintenance works, providing work instructions for engineers and playing your part in incident and problem management – these are just some aspects of this interesting, varied and vital support role.

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience as a technician in a critical electrical environment 
  • Familiarity with typical data centre infrastructure like Diesel generators, batteries, UPS´s 
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, plus proven administrative experience that’s involved project planning and coordinating
  • Educated to vocational or degree level in electrical engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English and German (at least B2 level English and C1 level German of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
  • A well-organised, solution and customer-oriented approach, strong sense of urgency, a good eye for detail and the ability remain calm under pressure

Our Operations team keeps our customers’ infrastructure running safely and securely. We get plenty of opportunities to take on a variety of tasks and develop our technical skills. From overseeing electrical power to cooling and fire suppression systems, our team plays a vital role in making sure everything in our data centers operates as it should.

As always, we offer a competitive salary (based on our collective agreement we pay between 2.200,- € and 3.300,- € gross per month, depending on your work experience). Enjoy a benefits package with an employee share participation program, flexible working hours and a performance bonus.
