EMEA Customer Success Manager

Your role

You’ll lead the end to end delivery  of the the Interxion: A Digital Realty Company EMEA for our hyperscale customers, across our internal functions, processes and people, delivering holistic, end-to-end operational services and building strong customer relationships. That means regularly reviewing our operational services with customers and helping to develop improvement programmes, to make sure we meet all SLAs. So, you’ll be monitoring SLAs and the KPIs that measure our service delivery success, and building effective working partnerships across the business to ensure we meet them. You will lead both EMEA level internal and customer account reviews with strategic initiatives to drive internal and customer efficiencies whilst building strategic and trusted operational partnership with our clients and Internal communities of interest.

What you’ll need

  • Experience of dealing directly with customers in the data centre/IT or telecoms sector 
  • A background in Service Delivery/ Customer Success
  • Knowledge of working in a global environment 
  • An understanding of contracts and SLAs and a strong approach to governance to ensure agreed customer services are provided 
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation 
  • Ability to deal with large international clients  
  • Proven record of building effective working relationships, internally and externally 
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills 
  • Capacity to convey complex technical information clearly in writing and verbally
