Digital Content Specialist

You support a state-of-the art Marketing approach integrating Digital channels and Social Media seamlessly with traditional Marketing channels and ensure lead generation and external communications for future growth.You report directly into the Marketing Manager

 

 

Your profile

Responsibilities & Duties:

Marketing Automation

  • Support the local team in building a range of one-off and integrated marketing communication campaigns
  • Database Management & Cleanup of contact and prospect data
  • Support the local team in building and implementing lead nurture programs

Online Marketing

  • Manage the SEA/PPC account
  • Maintain, track and improve .ch website
  • Support the local team in managing Social media channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, XING and Facebook
  • Support the local team in running display ad and PPL campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Content Creation

  • Development of content for newsletters, web and eMail promotions and Social Media (including webinars and videos)
  • Develop and optimize all digital content including infographics and landing pages
  • Develop interactive content formats like VR Tours & Events
  • Develop Video Content for Social Media, Recruitment & Advertising
  • Develop animations for Online and On-site-Marketing

 

Graphic Design

  • Creation of web assets for use on website, landing pages and advertising
  • Creation of graphic assets for use in various channels (on- and offline)
  • Control of the re-branding implementation across all media
  • Photography

Reporting

  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare against goals
  • Provide internal reporting on a regular basis

Essential Knowledge:

  • Experience with Drupal, Pardot, Salesforce.com, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral (minimum B2 level)  and German

  • Solid knowledge of digital Marketing channels in a B2B environment
  • Pro-active attitude, can do mentality
  • Strong analytical ability to analyze outcomes and draw conclusions
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to see the role in the ‘big picture’
  • Integrative approach to work with others – inside and outside the team
  • Looking to overcome obstacles to find solutions
  • Ability to manage suppliers
  • Highly creative
