Customer Success Manager

Your role

As Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end customer experience journey across accounts in the UK. You will be responsible for SLA, OLA and Incident Reporting, arrange Service Review Meetings and handle customer audits. You are the internal pivot point for the customer for any inquiry and ensure that they are assigned to and handled by the right department on time. As the central point of contact, you also handle customer escalations and ensure that they are completed and documented quickly. In this role, you act as a liaison between multiple internal and external stakeholders such as international and local Operations, Sales and cross-functional teams, within Finance and the local office and our customers.

What you’ll need

  • A well-balanced person who can work under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently 
  • Self-organized, solution-oriented and a strong sense of urgency while keeping an eye for detail
  • A team player who contributes to team efforts and can also work independently, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness
  • Confident and effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Capability to assemble the bigger picture based on various sources of information.
  • Service and Customer orientated, with a strong example in collaboration and effective relationship management
  • Excellent Senior Stakeholder and Relationship Management
  • Strong in multitasking and setting priorities, pro-active, self-driven and ability to challenge the team.
  • Analytical and able to explore new ideas.
