Country Business Manager (f/m/d)

Your role

The Country Business Manager is a part of our Sales Team, responsible for managing the relationships with a portfolio of Global / Regional Accounts. The role operates under the general guidance of both local Sales Management and the EMEA Regional Account Management, while performing a local function. Main goal of the position is to help maintain and grow customer revenue, also ensure quality and consistency in customer experience. Additionally, the CBM will actively build and maintain local customer relationships with key decision makers, through the facilitation of client meetings and Data Center tours. 


What you’ll need

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience and track record of delivering results in CRM role from within the Data Center or related industry
  • University degree in IT, Engineering or business studies
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team
  • Fluency in German and English language, both written and spoken; further European languages would be advantageous
  • Skilled in working with and navigating a CRM tool; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Pro-active attitude; ability to self-start, self-motivate, self-sustain, self-improve and work independently 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written (on different levels) 
  • Customer/business focus: ability and eagerness to develop understanding of the customer business and IT strategy and infrastructure, ability to act as trusted partner, natural focus on customer satisfaction
