Reporting and Analytics Lead

Position Title:  Reporting & Analytics Lead

Location: Prefer Austin/Dallas, open to remote US

Your role

Be a part of the Business Intelligence movement!  Join our team in analyzing trends and outliers to help guide the Sales leaders to success.

This role will be a part of Business Intelligence within the Global Sales Operations organization. We aim to be the trusted source for external Customer Reporting while also being the experts in Reporting, Dashboards and Analytics for internal reporting for Sales and Marketing. This lead role will be essential to leveraging our capabilities and capacity as part of this organization dedicated to increasing our focus on sales, marketing and the customer

What you’ll do

  • In partnership with the Sales and Marketing Organizations, provide analysis to support business decisions and planning for Sales Strategy and Planning, Sales Leadership, Marketing  and other associated organizations.
  • Analyze operational data related to sales and marketing to provide KPI’s, Metrics and Dashboards. Assist with the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining insightful dashboards that will enable Sales and Marketing to improve Business Outcomes and optimize Operational Efficiency
  • Identify, develop and recommend appropriate data sources, analytics, modeling and reporting methodologies
  • Support the development and implementation of data collection systems and automation of reporting processes.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within the company
  • Manage other tasks assigned on quarterly or annual basis

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales analytics
  • 1+ years' experience with a Data Visualization Platform (PowerBI preferred, also acceptable are Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • 1+ years' experience data mining: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
  • 1+ years’ experience presenting to different levels of management
  • 1+ years' experience using  SQL skills, including performing querying of multiple tables and subqueries.
  • 3+ years' experience with MS Excel
