Location: Singapore

Your role

The purpose of this role is to lead and execute a fully integrated go to market strategy to accelerate Digital Realty’s performance in the APAC Region. This person will work closely with the global, regional and country marketing teams to ensure programs and activities delivered are executed with efficiency to deliver full impact and drive leads into the business in a relevant way for the region. The role will lead in facilitating regional and local marketing campaigns, with the opportunity to globalise activities to drive further two-way collaboration and impactful marketing initiatives. The role will also require advocating that appropriate approaches to deliver for a culturally diverse region are understood and accommodated. 

What you’ll do

  • Adapt global marketing strategy into a coherent go to market strategy to ensure the APAC region is positioned to achieve its mid-long term market goals
  • Increase collaboration across marketing teams to drive co-ordinated programs that align with corporate global, regional and local objectives
  • Work with global demand generation team to establish best practices for lead-generation activities that support the targeting of the full range of prospect
  • Identify opportunities to elevate local level activity to regional or global level to support multi-country sales opportunities
  • Design and implement standard processes/playbook to ensure marketing tools are utilized and harmonious across countries in APAC and provide guidance where necessary to global teams. Also leverage global capabilities to increase the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Drive coordination across the APAC countries and global business functions (e.g. Platform and Enterprise) for marketing and lead gen initiatives to be used in APAC countries, and ensure consistency delivering initiatives that may also be used globally  – for example umbrella campaigns, webinars, podcasts that each country can opt into with local budget. Make available to other regions
  • Customer Marketing - lead on marketing to existing customers to help grow the base, drive customer retention and growth; develop and set-up Customer Advisory Board in APAC in collaboration with global program owner

What you’ll need

  • Degree or equivalent marketing qualification
  • Experience in a B2B environment, high-tech products/services required
  • Demonstrated experience in working with sales leaders in driving pipeline and revenue
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
  • Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Understanding and experience of digital marketing tools like Salesforce alongside digital ABM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales automation and intent monitoring
