The Service Planning Coordinator (f/m/d), Maintenance, oversees and coordinates all corrective and preventive maintenance planning. He administrates the maintenance work, both as a follow-up to preventive maintenance, as well as resulting from incidents, events, or requests.
Your Role
- Ensure planning and execution of Data Center preventive maintenance are carried out timely and with quality; special focus on suppliers availability and qualifications
- Monitors execution of all maintenance works to ensure all planned activity is carried out in time, and conform policy
- Ensures the maintenance cost and maintenance processes are respected
- Supports with reviewing maintenance related H&S incidents to improve safety
- Ensures timely completion of the work while supporting other SPC functions with situations of increased work volumes
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience of working in maintenance of electrotechnical systems; Data Center technical experience is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Data Center facility management systems
- Experienced with operations procedures, KPIs, ticketing systems
- Strong experience in infrastructure maintenance
- German and English Fluent
